Brianna Gilmartin is an Illustrator and Art Director living in Philadelphia with her magical muppet creature, daemon, and dog, Laika. She loves fantasy, magic, sci-fi, space, science, good food/cooking, outdoor adventures, video games, cartoons and anything animated, autobiographical comics, introspection, and learning about new topics.
As a 90s kid who grew up on the best era of Nickelodeon cartoons, she enjoys creating work that is full of silly and imaginative fun, reflective of quieter moments of life, as well as more emotional work that studies the human condition, human emotions, and our need for human connection. No matter what she is working on, she aims to create images that pull a viewer in, bring a bit of joy or understanding to their day, and make them want to investigate the story they see.
